There are 12 races on Thursday and Saturday and 14 races on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday race meetings. This is subject to change for the evening racing and can be 14 races, please see our race card for more details.
Monday to Friday, admission is FREE. Large groups of 20 plus please call in advance to advise us of your chosen date to visit. Saturday is £7.00 including a race card. Under 18's are free entry.
We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable so long as you are (and remain) fully dressed. For viewing outside it will certainly be worth bringing something warm to wear, especially in the winter months.
You have the choice between betting on our tote and we also have available betting with our on-course independent bookmakers. Please note we operate a THINK 25 POLICY, and you might be lucky enough to be asked for ID. Please see our Responsible Gambling page for more Information.

Yes, we have free Parking in the designated areas, please see the relevant maps, or ask a member of staff for clarification. We also have several disabled spaces available right outside our main entrance.
We can usually facilitate limited coach parking with prior notification from Tuesday to Friday, however unfortunately, on Saturday we are unable to do this. Please inform us before hand as space is limited.

Yes, we have five disabled parking spaces located at the entrance to the stadium which must be pre-booked to guarantee a space (subject to availability). Both the ground floor (Trackside Grill) and the first floor (George’s Bar) house disabled toilet facilities, both of which are fitted with a radar lock (key available from a member of staff.) The stadium has a lift for access to the first floor and Restaurant, top tier seating. Ramps are also fitted trackside to enable trackside viewing.
Yes. Greyhounds enjoy the exercise come rain or shine. Only under extreme circumstances would racing be cancelled because of weather. For our customers, we can offer seating within our enclosed tiered stand located on the first floor within our Skyline Restaurant or Enclosure. Please note, prior booking will guarantee you a seat within these areas as they are subject to availability.
Unlike horse racing, greyhound races at any one track do not have varying numbers of runners from race to race. Some tracks, like ourselves, work on a basis of six runners in each race, others five. This standardisation sets limits to the type of bets you can have.
A greyhound starts racing between the ages of sixteen and twenty months
Greyhounds usually stand 24 to 29 inches at the shoulder. The females average from 55 to 70 pounds, while the males average 65 to 85 pounds.

Yes, we do have room hire to accommodate parties within our Suite, for up to 200 people and we also have spaces available to accommodate smaller meetings for corporate or private events. Please give us a call to discuss in detail your requirements.
We have our main Skyline Restaurant which offers table service, delivering a quality menu freshly prepared in our own kitchen. We have two trackside grills offering tasty hot food (that also currently offer table service), snacks and various non-alcoholic beverages.
All food and drink consumed at the track must be purchased on site.
We sometimes show coverage of football on Saturday evenings, rugby and various other sporting events when available.
Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements where possible, however we ask that you make any dietary requests at the time of booking and confirm upon arrival for your night.
Yes, we do, however please consider our other guests when considering your outfit, if deemed inappropriate, we shall ask you to remove it before entry! So, make sure you have something suitable underneath.

Yes, we have followed all government guidelines, have implemented some additional safety measures, been licensed by the local authority and significantly reduced our capacity level. If you have any concerns, there will be a COVID-19 ambassador available to discuss these with.
Yes, every race meeting will need to be booked in advance. We will not be able to accept walk-ins. Morning and afternoon racing and trials are behind closed doors and not available to attend.
Unfortunately, no, East Sussex is currently in Tier 2 of the Government restrictions, therefore multiple households cannot mix. You will be asked this upon booking and again on arrival. Please be aware we may ask you to prove this with ID.
Yes. We have a restricted capacity which is in demand of an evening and as such we charge for all seats taken. Children will need to remain seated at all times and are the responsibility of their parents.
We will be operating a table service - a tote operator and waiter/waitress will be allocated to each cluster of tables.

Booking at present is strictly from one household, up to a maximum of 6 people sitting together in line with government guidelines. This will be reviewed as guidelines change.
Yes, we must take information at the time of your booking. Information will be kept for 21 days for the purposes of track and trace.

Yes, due to Tier 2 restrictions customers are required to have a substantial meal when attending the stadium.
Due to Tier 2 restrictions morning and afternoon racing will continue to be behind closed doors. It would not be financially viable during these race meetings.
Unfortunately, you will be unable to attend the stadium to watch trials. However, trials are available to view on our YouTube channel.

Yes, however, we would prefer you to use contactless/Debit and credit card wherever possible. You can use cards when purchasing food and beverages. Tote betting is cash only.
We have plenty of hand sanitisers around the stadium for customers to use.
All staff serving tables will be wearing facial coverings, unless exempt on medical grounds.
Toilets are checked and cleaned hourly. Toilet attendants are available on site for every meeting.
No, the outside terrace area is currently closed due to government guidelines. This will be reviewed as guidelines change.
Almost all upstairs areas have a good view of the track, however all areas have clear TV viewing.
We will not have on-course bookmakers as this will require significant movement and mixing of a larger group of customers across all sections of the track. This would increase the risk of a spread of the virus and would prove challenging to gain local authority approval.
We will have social distancing officers located around the stadium. Anyone that fails to comply will be given 3 verbal warnings before being asked to leave the premises.
Restrictions in movement apply to everyone. Unfortunately, trainers will not be able to visit tables anywhere in the stadium. Trainers will have to book their own table if required.
